Ours are patterned from your measurements, cut in cowhide or kangaroo, and armored to CE Level 1 or Level 2 at shoulders, elbows, back, hips and knees.

Every motorcycle race suit we ship is a one piece pattern first — cut from a single set of measurements, stitched in bonded nylon at 3.5 stitches per inch, and reinforced at the elbow, shoulder and knee cups. Choose cowhide at 1.2–1.4 mm for durability or kangaroo at 0.9–1.1 mm for the lowest weight. Aramid stretch panels sit at the crotch and inner arm so the rider stays tucked without fighting the leather.

For track riding, yes. A one piece motorcycle suit has no waist zipper that can separate under load in a high-side or low-side, so protection stays continuous across the torso.
Do I need CE Level 2 armor in a race suit?+
Level 2 absorbs more impact energy and is the sensible choice for track and race use. Level 1 is fine for street riding, and both are available on every one piece leather motorcycle suit we build.
How do I take measurements, and how long does production take?+
