Safety-first construction
The shell is 1.0–1.2 mm full-grain cowhide — thick enough for abrasion protection but soft enough for a growing rider to move naturally. CE Level 1 armor at shoulders, elbows and knees is removable, so the suit can be washed and armor upgraded as your child moves up in class. Every stress seam is double-stitched with bonded polyester thread rated for motorcycle use.
Sized for growing riders
Send height, chest, waist, inseam and sleeve length and we draft the pattern with a small allowance at the cuffs and hem so the suit fits through a growth spurt rather than being outgrown in a season. Frequently asked questions
How much growth room is built in?+
Roughly 3–4 cm at the cuffs and hem, hidden inside the seam allowance so the suit still looks tailored. We can adjust that up or down based on your child's age and growth pattern.
Is the armor really CE certified at kids sizing?+
Yes — the armor pieces are CE Level 1 certified inserts, sized to sit correctly at the shoulder, elbow and knee for the child's measurements rather than adult armor squeezed into a small shell.
